Chocolate Peanut Butter Explosion Cookies!

These are the easiest cookies I have ever made!! They are simple enough to make, but tasty enough that people will think they took a lot of work!

~1 cup of peanut butter
~1/2 cup brown sugar
~1 egg
~ 12 mini Reese peanut butter cups
~ granulated sugar (for rolling)

Step 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees Celsius.

Step 2. Mix peanut butter, egg, and brown sugar together in a bowl.

Step 3. Pour about a half cup of granulated sugar onto an old baking pan.

Step 4. Roll balls of the dough in the granulated sugar, then place them onto a greased baking pan.

Step 5. Pop those babies into the oven for ten minutes.

Step 6. Unwrap the mini Reese cups.

Step 7. After the cookies have been in the oven for 10 minutes, take them out to place the Reese cups in the centre of the cookies.

Step 8. Place the cookies back into the oven for 1 more minute.

Step 9. Once the cookies are done in the oven, take them out, let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Step 10. Once mildly cooled, place on a cooling rack, and use the prongs of a fork to spread the gooey goodness around the top of the cookie.

Let the chocolate harden, or better yet, eat them right now, and let them melt in your mouth!!
