The Royal Wedding

Well folks, I did it! I pulled an all nighter! And I did it for an amazing cause; The Royal Wedding! (With the help of a large Iced capp, and some Nann chips with Roasted red pepper dip)

So this is how my night went....

9:00pm~9:30pm: William and Kate:Romance
9:30pm~10:00pm: The end of Cupcake Wars (Wedding Edition)
10:00pm~11:00pm: Kate: The New Diana
11:00pm~12:00am: The Making Of A Royal Wedding
12:00am~2:00am: Count Down to The Royal Wedding
2:00am~7:30am: The Royal Wedding.
7:30am~1:37pm: SLEEP!!!!!

So my opinion of the wedding is that it was positively fantastic! They did an amazing job decorating all of London, and an amazing job keeping the dress designer a secret!! I was so excited when I saw Kate come out of the hotel, and into the car, just catching a glimpse of her dress. Then, when she stepped out of that car with her sister I was amazed! I thought that her having to have sleeves on the dress would mean it wouldn't be that nice, but it was classy, elegant, and It made my jaw drop!

To be honest I don't remember much of the wedding, I was crazy tired! But I did tweet most of it on my brand new Twitter account!! (!/BreanneDntBlink) From what I do remember it was amazing! and I am so genuinely happy for the royal couple!

Food for thought; What would you wear to the royal wedding!?!?!?

I would wear any of these!!;

"Are You Serious?" Top three

Do you ever see something and just think to yourself "are you serious?!". Well when I have little moments that that... I take pictures of the things that make me do that! So after going through my photo's on my phone recently, here are my top three!

Number 3: So you're sitting in art class, you go and get a glue stick, you open it up, and you see this. You go grab another glue stick, and you see the same thing! Eventually you realize some teenager that had nothing better to do, made faces in all the glue sticks! Are you serious?

Number 2. Look closely at this photo, I don't know if you can really see it. If you can't, you can blame the lady that came right beside me, and looked at my funny, making me feel like I was some kind of freak leaning over the freezer to get a picture, so I backed up, and non-schilantly snapped a pic. So, as I was saying....if you can't see it in the picture, it says "Ketchup Type Sauce"? I don't know about you, but I would really like to know what "Ketchup Type Sauce" is! And what the heck it's made of!! So to "Ketchup Type Sauce" I say; "Are You Serious"?!?!

Number 1. So, here we are at the last "Are You Serious" Are you sad?? I'm kind of sad! the point. Has the advertisement industry really ran out of ideas so much, as to advertise on a BANANA?!?!?! A BANANA!!!!!! That's right...if you can't see this picture well either, it is of a sticker of a movie in theatres at the moment, ON A BANANA!!! "Are You Serious"??

Is there anything that has made you say "Are You Serious" lately???

Shoes: Classic Black

I faithfully believe that every girl, and woman should own at least one pair of classic black heels. Wether they're 2 inches, or 4 inches. I have been searching for the perfect pair for soooo long!! Then I was searching through Winners way back in December, and came along to the shoe aisles, and saw these babies!

Now I'll tell you guys a secret, I have a little problem... I have .....WIDE FEET!!! You can't imagine the number of shoes I have tried on in my life, and they're not wide enough! It's like going to a clothing store, grabbing a size 6, and no matter how hard you try, you just cant squeeze in all of "you" in there!! I'm sure I'm not the only girl with this problem, so for all of you girls, and women out there with wide feet, I have two words for you......Madden. Girl.

The only heels I own are by Madden Girl (Yes, hey are a branch of the Steve Madden label)! Why? Because A) they fit, and B) they're affordable! I haven't spend over $100 on a pair of Madden girls! I be
lieve they range from $50- $100. Of corse, I found these beauties at Winners which is a Canadian version of Century 21, so I only paid $40, which is a VERY reasonable price!!
So if you have wide feet, and are on a budget, look no further than Madden Girl heels!!!

What is your go-to brand of shoes??

Chocolate Peanut Butter Explosion Cookies!

These are the easiest cookies I have ever made!! They are simple enough to make, but tasty enough that people will think they took a lot of work!

~1 cup of peanut butter
~1/2 cup brown sugar
~1 egg
~ 12 mini Reese peanut butter cups
~ granulated sugar (for rolling)

Step 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees Celsius.

Step 2. Mix peanut butter, egg, and brown sugar together in a bowl.

Step 3. Pour about a half cup of granulated sugar onto an old baking pan.

Step 4. Roll balls of the dough in the granulated sugar, then place them onto a greased baking pan.

Step 5. Pop those babies into the oven for ten minutes.

Step 6. Unwrap the mini Reese cups.

Step 7. After the cookies have been in the oven for 10 minutes, take them out to place the Reese cups in the centre of the cookies.

Step 8. Place the cookies back into the oven for 1 more minute.

Step 9. Once the cookies are done in the oven, take them out, let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Step 10. Once mildly cooled, place on a cooling rack, and use the prongs of a fork to spread the gooey goodness around the top of the cookie.

Let the chocolate harden, or better yet, eat them right now, and let them melt in your mouth!!

Happy Easter!

To Live and Grow We Must Change

So I've been doing a lot of thinking lately, I have three half written posts that I just couldn't finish from the past week. For a little while I thought I would try YouTube, and that maybe it was more for me than blogging. That was until I saw this video from one of my favourite vloggers;

After watching this video, I have deleted my Youtube account, I went through my Facebook friends and deleted a bunch of them, and I have realized that I still don't know who I am. For a teenager who likes to think she knows everything this was a hard realization. I like to have everything figured out. I like to have a rough estimate of what my future will be like. What occupation I want to go into, what collage or university I will go to etc. But the truth is, I just don't know what my future will contain, and there is no way that I can plan it out and make it go according to my plans. I have to realize this, and I have to deal with it. I need to start living for the moment.

So I have deleted my youtube account, but then I thought to myself, what about my blog...should It go too? I love blogging about my life, then a year later being able to look back and see exactly what, or how I was feeling, or doing at that point in time. So at this point in time I don't know wether I should get rid of this blog or not so here's the plan; I'm going to give myself one more month of blogging and on May 23rd I'm going to decided wether I'll keep this blog or not.

As the saying goes "To live and grow, we must change" but what do you think I should do?

You Help Me Sur-Five

I promise I won't ramble on about how crummy of a day I've had, so lets get to the point. The point is sometimes we need to wake up and realize we have so many things to be happy about! So here are my five....

I actually just returned from a jog, and I feel so much better! It has proved to be a major stress reliever for me! I'm currently doing a couch to 5K program! if you want me to refer you to one then feel free to message me!

It's almost been a year sense I've gotten this photo in New Your City, and I finally got it up!! I walked into the store, saw this photo, and knew I had to have it! I just love it!!

Gossip Girl is finally on again tonight!!! I have to say, I have been waiting for this for a crazy long time, so I can't wait for 9:00 to roll around!!

Every weekday morning I have a fruit, and oatmeal for breakfast. R
ecently my Mom came home with this Blue Menu Cranberry, and apple oatmeal. I was reluctant to try It but I have to say it's awesome!! It wakens me up every morning and keeps me full for longer than most other breakfasts do!

The last thing that I'm happy for I won't be posting a picture of because I don't have permission, and would feel funny asking. This is the most important out off everything I have mentioned in this post. He is the most amazing, most supporting, and most wonderful guy I know. He can make me smile through my tears, and I only wish I can help him one day in the ways he has helped me! :)

I hope you all are having a good Monday!!

Movin' On Up...

So... you may have noticed I've been absent for a little while, or maybe you haven't, in which case....OUCH! So why have I been absent? Well because I have been learning how to work my new Macbook, thats why!

For the first few days of using it I was thinking "hey, this is pretty cool, it's organized, and has all these cool features!" Now fast forward a few days. At this point my thoughts were more like "HOW DO THESE STUPID FEATURED WORK?!?!?!". But now, a few hissy fits, break downs, and a couple hundred dollars on software later, and I. Love. Macbook's! They are truly user friendly, and they have helped me organize all of my documents, music, files, and PHOTOS!

Now to be honest one of the main reasons I wanted a Macbook is because of Aperture. If you don't know what that is, it is Apple's photo editing program! I've gotten it and after watching a few YouTube videos as well as experimenting a bit, it has totally lived up to what I thought it would be!

So now that I have it all figured out, you should see me posting more often!

Hope you all have a great weekend!!
